NOTE: the images by paolo roversi, referred to in this post, have been removed as i was told by Alexandra Batsford (Registrar/Imaging Archivist, Pace/MacGill Gallery, New York, NY) that they needed to be.

hello!
coming across this post (featuring photographs by paolo roversi) reminded me of the above sweep of ink that i had in the studio a few weeks ago. i have gotten much more into midnight blue in the past year; it's so deep and rich.
so, it's about that time for another inspiration wire update. i put my first double wire up in early january, 2006; hard to remember my studio without it! i'll have to wait for the newest update because i am moving studios in the next few weeks so look for a new one around mid-april. in the meantime, i'm taking a peek at last year's 'early spring' wire. so interesting to see what i was into a year ago. i'm still waild about this image of rain ... hmm ... might have to get that into the mid-april wire once again.
tomorrow, an update on what's coming from p2p press next week.
cheers!

Oh, I love Roversi's photographs! The "African Queen" spread that he did for last year's NYT Magazine spring fashion issue was amazing!
