gee, thanks for the nice words and notes yesterday. blogging has been such an amazing journey. as i close out this journal i want to share some bits from the inspirations which i've shared over the past 3-1/2 years. hard to choose just these ten but i had to limit myself ... it's so fun to look back. it has meant so much to me to be a small part of your inspirations over the years. thank you. tomorrow, some bits from my MANY 'mixing inks' photographs. i'll be singing off for good on thursday. cheers much, mav

still celebrating... well, really these are from a party we had this weekend for a special baby who is about to be born but still ... my little online shop is closing in 8 days and it feels like the end of something. i like that feeling. remember when i used to print one card each month? that was fun. a few lovely things are going on tomorrow; i'll write to tell you. and one is that i am finally starting my 'gift ideas' list so yipeeeee! type to you tomorrow. cheers, mav

thank you, thank you to .... stephanie, jaime, lena, mom, jamica, kira, shari, elizabeth b., brian, jeanne, emily, gillian, yu-i, dad, michael, pepin, elizabeth m., bob, tracy & deb .... all of you {and many in-studio customers} are now a part of Quartet & Co. on saturday we made 77 bespoke stationery sets in our one-day-only live art project. it was by far the most amazing thing i have ever been a part of. four artists + one incredible artist/intern and we worked our little factory to the bone. i loved it! i will be posting again later today when i start my Shop Closing Celebration which includes a pretty fun promotion involving The Card Society. have a nice day. mav
